What we collect, plainly.

The short version

If you join our email list, we keep your email address so we can send you the weekly specials. Beyond that, we collect anonymous statistics about how this site is used. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we never take payment on this website.

What we actually collect

Your email address, only if you give it to us. The signup form on this site is run by MailerLite, who store the address on our behalf and send our newsletter. We use it for specials, brunch news, menu changes and events. Nothing else. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and using it removes you immediately.

Anonymous usage statistics. We use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to understand which pages people read and which buttons they use — for example, how many people tapped “Call” or opened the menu. These tools tell us that something happened and roughly where the visitor was; they do not tell us who you are, and we do not try to find out. We have turned off Google’s advertising personalisation features and Meta’s automatic form collection.

Standard server records. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps routine security and performance logs, as every website host does.

What we do not collect

We do not take payments, card numbers or bank details on this website. We do not ask for your address, date of birth or any government ID. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not run advertising on this site.

Cookies

The analytics tools above set cookies in your browser so they can tell a returning visit from a new one. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time — this site works perfectly well without them. You can also install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on, or turn off off-site activity tracking in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Children

This site is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
